Silver Ridge Lodge Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rooms canceled less than 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first nights stay. Please note we are not able to cancel reservations that are made through booking engines such as Expedia, Hotels.com, or Booking.com you must contact these third parties directly.

If we are able to rebook the room, no fee will be applied.

If you fail to cancel your reservation and do not show up, you will be charged for the first night of your booking, and the remainder of your stay will be canceled.

Please note we take payment for the entire stay at the time of check in.  If you must leave before your scheduled departure date a $35 cancellation fee may be applied.

PET POLICY 

We enjoy hanging out with our furry friends and appreciate that some guests enjoy traveling with them as well. However, we have chosen to make the Silver Ridge Lodge a PET FREE property.

PROPERTY RULES

The office is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Check in is between the hours of  3:00pm and 10:00pm. If you are needing to check in after 10:00 pm please call to make arrangements.

No smoking of any kind inside any of the rooms. If you would like to smoke, you may do so in designated areas

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.

The hot tub closes at 10pm. We also ask that you observe quiet hours and leave the tub covered when not in use.
